Exploring Christianity
This summer we are offering a brand new course, Exploring Christianity for anyone new to, curious about, or even skeptical of Christianity. Unlike most of our classes, this course will span three months and consists of four large-group gatherings that are focused around a teaching and discussion with others.
Night 1 | Monday, May 18th
Night 2 | Monday, June 8th
Night 3 | Monday, June 29th
Night 4 | Monday, July 20th
You will also be placed in a smaller group to process and discuss what you are learning in the class and your own persona faith journey. These cohorts will aim to meet once between each large group gathering.
In both settings, you'll have the opportunities to learn about and discuss the questions that matter most: Is there a God and He care? Who is Jesus and why should I trust Him? What is the Bible and why should I read it? What would it look like for me to follow Jesus today?... All in an honest, welcoming environment.
We recommend only signing up if you plan to make an effort to attend all four nights and the cohort meetings, but exceptions can be made. Please contact community@passioncitychurchdc.com if you have more questions.
CORE CLASSES
Practical Theological Discipleship
CORE exists to provide theological training to the believers at Passion City Church. In CORE classes, you will learn theology in an attainable and approachable way. CORE will cover a wide curriculum of theological topics and provides a rich foundation that will equip believers to grow spiritually.
By participating in CORE, you will:
1. Learn to walk more closely with Jesus.
2. Stabilize your theology and deepen your faith.
3. Become equipped to lead, shepherd, and teach.
