Join us for our first ever Passion City Church DC Retreat at Airlie on May 16-17! As we grow, we’re excited to create new opportunities to connect and deepen relationships within our Passion City Church DC family. This retreat is the perfect chance to step away for a couple of days, build lasting friendships, and experience meaningful time together.

What time will Passion City Church DC Retreat begin and end?
Guests are welcome to arrive at Retreat beginning at 5p on Friday, May 16. Dinner will be served, and the first session will begin at 8p. Retreat will conclude on Saturday, May 17, at 8:00p.

Who is Passion City Church DC Retreat for?
Retreat is for anyone local to the DMV area who actively attends Passion City Church DC!

What is the cost of Passion City Church DC Retreat?
The cost of Retreat is $299 per person. This includes all meals, lodging, and activities for the weekend.

Are children welcome?
Children over the age of 5 are welcome to attend Retreat with their parents. Children will require their own individual registration, and please note that childcare will not be available while on site at Retreat.

Can I come for the day?
Due to venue capacity, attendance at Retreat is limited to guests who are able to attend both May 16 and 17.

Are scholarships available?
In order to make Retreat as financially accessible as possible, the cost per person has been subsidized by Passion City Church DC. If additional financial assistance is needed, please email patrick.rinard@passioncitychurch.com to discuss our scholarship options!

What is the schedule for Passion City Church DC Retreat?
Retreat will include a number of sessions including teaching and worship, breakout sessions, and an ample amount of free time to connect with others from Passion City Church DC.

Will dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Yes! Please note dietary restrictions and allergies when completing your registration for Retreat in the space provided.

What is the transportation to Passion City Church DC Retreat?
Attendees will drive themselves to Airlie and are encouraged to carpool with others! Parking will be free and available on site. Airlie is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from the DMV area.

Will I have to share a room, and can I choose my roommate?
All attendees at Passion City Church DC Retreat will share a room with one other guest. Spouses will be paired together, and roommate requests for single guests will be honored wherever possible.

Who will be speaking/leading at Passion City Church DC Retreat?
Retreat will be led by teachers and worship leaders from our House.

Do rooms have their own bathrooms or are they shared?
Each guest room (shared by two attendees) has its own private bathroom.

Can I leave and come back throughout the weekend?
Attendees at Retreat are strongly encouraged to stay for the duration of the weekend.

Are there any activities outdoors? What happens in the case of bad weather?
Sessions at Retreat will be held indoors, with optional activities taking place outside. In case of bad weather, optional activities will be offered in indoor spaces instead.

Can I serve at Passion City Church DC Retreat as a Door Holder?
We do not have opportunities to serve as a Door Holder at Retreat currently, but check back for opportunities at future retreats!
